When planning where to stay in Punta Cana, Impressive Premium Resort & Spa offers a five-star, eco-friendly getaway on the shores of a wide, newly renovated beach that has been awarded Blue Flag Certification by the Foundation for Environmental Education (FEE) for meeting its stringent environmentally friendly and sustainable standards.

  • What thime is the hotel check in and check out schedule?

    Check in time begins at 3:00pm and check out time is up to 12:00pm. If you require an early check in or late check out you can dial 0 and ask our operator to transfer you to our Front Desk Department. Early check in and late check out is subject to request and availability.

  • Which payment methods do you accept?

    We accept cash, credit cards and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express

  • How much do you charge for the Wi-Fi?

    3 Day US $18

    1 week US $30

  • I want to make a group reservation. How do I do this?

    To make a group reservation you can contact our Groups & Event department at groups.puj@impressiveresorts.com or you can call 809-552-0110 ext. 7196

  • If I want to modify a booking, what should I do?

    f it is for a direct booking please contact our reservation team at reservations.puj@impressiveresorts.com, or dial 809-552-0110 and please provide your booking confirmation number.

  • How do I cancel my booking?

    Individual reservations can be canceled or modified free of charge up to 24 hours before the guest's arrival. Cancellations will only be valid as long as they have a cancellation number provided by our reservations department. For cancellations and/or modifications after the deadline the hotel will invoice the corresponding fee for the first night of accommodation plus VAT (value added tax). No cancelations or modifications will be accepted for non-refundable bookings.

  • At what time is breakfast served?

    Breakfast is served between 7:00am and 10:30am.

  • Is car parking available at the hotel?

    Hotels have a complimentary parking lot for guests depending on availability. Due to a limited space, we cannot guarantee or reserve parking spaces.

  • Does the hotel accept pets?

    No, the hotel does not accept pets.

  • Does the hotel have gluten-free dining options?

    Yes, we have gluten-free options available at our buffet and a la carte restaurants options.

  • Does the resort have a dress code?

    Our dress code is resort casual

  • What is the difference between Impressive Premium and the main hotel, Impressive Resorts & Spas?

    The difference between our hotel Impressive Premium and our main hotel Impressive Resort & Spa, is that our premium guests will have more spacious rooms, access to some exclusive features such as a private lounge, beach and pool areas. Premium guests also enjoy unlimited access to Wi-Fi, preferential reservations in a la carte restaurants, a premium bar, room services from 12:30PM until 10:30PM, among other amenities and services.

  • Do I need an adapter for my electronic devices?

    We use US and Canada plugs in our rooms. You won`t need an adapter if arriving from any of those countries.

  • How much do water sport activities cost?

    Non-motorized water sport activities are part of our all-inclusive package. However, for motorized options we do offer our onsite vendor Seapro for an additional cost. You can verify their packages and prices by visiting:

  • Do you provide transportation to the resort?

    We do not provide any transfer options. Local transportation is available from the airport to the resort.

  • Do you have facilities for guests with disabilities?

    We do have accessible rooms subject to availability. Please discuss your needs with our reservations department upon booking or call to modify your reservation.

  • Do you provide room service? Cost?

    We provide Room Service only for premium guests.

  • In which languages is the reception attended?

    Spanish, English, French, German

  • Does the hotel have meeting rooms? Is there space available for organising events?

    Yes, we have a conference room, as well as spaces that can be modified according to the client's needs.

  • Does the hotel offer a photo service?

    Yes, we have an on-site provider, you can verify packages and costs by visiting the Provider in the Impressive Resorts & Spas lobby.

  • Is there a ramp for disabled guests to access the beach?

    Yes, there is a ramp for disabled guests to access the beach

  • Does the hotel offer excursion services?

    Yes, we have an on-site provider, you can verify packages and costs by visiting the Provider in the Impressive Resorts & Spas lobby.

  • Where can I buy gifts and / or basic need items?

    Yes, we have five (5) stores available distributed throughout the hotel premises

  • Can I request connected rooms?

    Yes. Subject to availability.

  • Are there cradles available? How can I request one?

    Yes. Subject to availability.

  • How is the reservation of a la carte or speciality restaurants made?

    Reservations can be made one (1) day in advance, directly with our concierge in the lobby.

  • Can you rent a car from the hotel?

    Yes, we have an on-site provider, you can verify packages and costs by visiting the Provider in the Impressive Resorts & Spas lobby.

  • Does the hotel have golf carts to move around the resort?

    Yes. Subject to availability.

  • What is the maximun occupancy in the rooms?

    The maximum occupancy is up to 4 guests, (2 Adults + 2 Children or 3 Adults + 1 Child).
